DNS.0x97.io is shutting down

I am planning to shut down the free DNS service in the next couple months, as the cost of the hardware now outweighs the benefits I get from it. If you still use this service, consider launching your own DNS and using the open-source admin panel, available at git.0x97.io.

This service will remain active through late February 2019.

Welcome to 0x97 DNS Hosting. This service will allow you to easily manage and maintain your forward and reverse DNS.

Free accounts are limited to 5 domains and 50 zones per domain, but we offer a Premium package that does not have these limits.

  • Support for A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, NS, TXT, SRV, SSHFP, SPF, RP, NAPTR, HINFO, LOC and PTR records.
  • Instant zone replication between our four nameservers.
  • Basic syntax checking for fields.
  • Multiple domains per account.
  • Geographically diverse servers- our servers are spread out between the Americas and Europe, with more coming soon.

Once your domain appears in your account, you will need to update your domain's nameservers to the following. Please contact your registrar if you need help with this.

  • a.ns.0x97.io
  • b.ns.0x97.io
  • c.ns.0x97.io
  • d.ns.0x97.io
